Yet another stressful day at work

It seems like I went through a four-year period where I had a total of four stressful days. Now, suddenly I have two in one week. A holiday shortened week at that! The presentation went well the other day. It was a major step at getting a promotion at the end of the year. But today’s stress seems to be ten times worse. Today’s stress involves making decisions that will greatly reward or greatly distress me, day in and day out, over the next 17 weeks.

Yes, tonight is my fantasy football draft. If I get the number one pick, who do I take? Is Tiki Barber worthy of the number 4 pick? I was let down by his scumbag New York counterpart, A-rod, in baseball this year. How early will Manning go? Do I dare draft TO at all? Today is the most stressful day of the year.

I tried to distract myself from the stress by rearranging the link list, but I think that only stressed me out more.

PS. Stressful, Plentiful, bountiful, beautiful, crapoful. Doesn't it seem like these words should have two l's on the end of them? I mean, it's basically just saying, Full of Stress. Shouldn't it be stressfull? Stupid.

Jeez I hope you make the right decision.

The words that stress me out are lamb and climb. What is the need for a 'b' exactly?

I was thinking of this hilarious bit about a word that was all silent letters except one. The word would be knyb, which you would pronounce "n." I can't think of a way to make it funny.

Talk about a life or death situation! Do the right thing.

Timophil:
I'd go with Tiki for the number four pick. (I have NO idea what the fuck I'm talking about).

I've never been able to spell stressfull correctly because IT SHOULD HAVE TO Ls DAMMIT!

Other words I can't spell: occurred, sherriff, tarriff.See?

I mean TWO Ls? See what a bad speller I am?

I moved up in the world - yay!

I personally always have trouble with tomorrow. I always want to give it two m's and one r then I break it down into two words, to and morrow and then I'm all good.

Your fantasy draft is today? Isn't that a little last minute? (said the girl who knows NOTHING about football)

I'd go with Tiki. He's the cat's pajamas. and he's HOTT.

fm - I like when people actually pronounce the "b".

tf - So, I guess it's only potentially hilarous at this point?

mel - I can only hope to.

burf - Yeah, but stupid Microsoft Word puts that squiggly line under them.

vof - To me, Two is too tough of a word to spell.

funqi - yeah, I hear that... and don't get me started on the whole i before e thing.

tpp - we almost always have our draft on the night of the first game. So, when Travis Minor has two touchdowns in the 1st quarter tonight someone will be drunk and draft him in the 5th round.

Jacob maybe you could use it when you're spelling out things for people like "Yeah so that's John, J-o-h-k-y-n-b. John"

Read it out loud, made me chuckle anyway!

But that would be pronounced "jokin" wouldn't it? Hmm. There's something there. Shame we can't find it

LJ, Shaun, LT, Tiki, Rudi are my Top 5s. Of course I thought Jason Lane was going to have a good year, so what do I know?

conti - I got Tiki two years ago in the 3rd round. That was the steal of the year... but 4th? He's like 40 years old. We'll see. It will probably be a moot point anyway.

The Boyfriend and The Hobbit had their fantasy football draft a couple of days ago. It was the best two hours of my life! They both ignored me the entire time and I didn't have to feel guilty about ignoring them :)

This was the best birthday present - the first night of football season.

Ah, a moo point. Like a cow's opinion. Tiki is way hotter than a cow's opinion, Tim. Way hotter.

Now I'm number fifteen.

Just remember I will never forsake you, Tim. I will never forsake you.
