I was half-watching the oscars last night when Sean Penn came on and I thought to myself, "Was he even acting when he played the retarded guy in I Am Sam?"
When I saw Sean Penn, I couldn't help but wonder if he couldn't maybe put a tiny bit of effort into his appearance - it's the freaking Academy Awards, not a police line up
