Worst day at work ever

Access to this web page is restricted at this time.

Reason: The Websense category "Sports" is filtered.
URL: http://www.espn.com

It's only a matter of time now before that url reads blogger.com....

They had Websense installed at my last job and I hated it! Blogger was categorized under "Web Chats and Forums" so it was banned. So was Gmail, my bank account, my favorite restaurants, and everything I need in order to live.

Same here. And I had to be one of the people responsible for how far to go with the filtering ... not my idea of a good time.

mel - websense's retarded.

かわいいですね。- I hope mine doesn't become one of them. And when I say that I mean I hope my blog doesn't become one of your favorites. It blows.

sn - lucky bastard.

vof - Wanna hear something I'm actually offended by... I can't get on espn.com, cbs.sportsline, or phillies.com, but for some reason the philadelphiaeagles.com website is not considered a "sports" site. I know they're not great, but they are a sport. come on now!

NO ESPN or checking your football pix at work??!!

Holy crap!

How will you fill the time?

I'd have to just go ahead & check out the sports info on my phone...wait 8 hours? I don't think so.

That will be the end of the line.

That's just wrong. Our filter blocks porn and gambling. I think that's all. Maybe you can talk to your IT guy. Wait. Aren't you the IT guy?

I'm not allowed to check the lottery page when I'm at school because it's "gambling." Ironically, money from the lottery goes to education.

If I couldn't read ESPN at work, I would get a new job. I don't even think I'm joking, either.
