What Would You Do?
On Tuesday we have Kym's 20 week ultrasound. The one where you can find out if the baby is a boy or a girl or one of those things that has both male and female genitals. We didn't find out for Kenslee. Kym's dying to find out this time. I'm not so much. Our original plan was for them to write it in an envelope and we would open it when we're in Jamaica in two weeks. She's now trying to push finding out in the office. I'm thinking I don't want to know at all. What do we do???

I'd probably find out, but I'd wait and do it on the trip. I think it'll make for a special and memorable time while y'all are in Jamaica.
Well, what if it's a hermaphrodite and you learn that in Jamaica? That would totally ruin the trip.
First, find out if they can tell, one way or the other. Sometimes they can't tell. Then, if they can tell, do the envelope in Jamaica thing.
I woundn't find out at all. But then again that's why Georgia lived in a boy's room for a year. I had bad instincts. But still I recommend not finding out.
Tough call. I say make the wife happy. Only good may come from that. Just open the envelope in Jamaica, convince her that it was her idea and tell her once again of her greatness.
Do the Jamaica thing. Finding out will make the planning so much easier. Will the kids have separate rooms?
I think it would be great to wait till you are on vacation. It would make a nice story to share with the baby some day. You've waited this long what's 2 more weeks?
I found out because I'm not a huge fan of last minute surprises. But to each their own. I think the Jamaica thing sounds like a fair compromise.
This time I would want to find out to see what it is like doing it the other way. Definitely wait until you are in Jamaica. At least that would make it special.
